The New Dallas Rangemaster ® Varitone takes the traditional treble booster to a new level. Introducing a new linear gain circuit and modified tone network this new treble booster offers the user a stepped variable frequency selector allowing the user to dial in the perfect sweet spot both in terms of gain and tonal performance. The new Dallas Rangemaster ® Varitone features a specially produced OC75 Transistor, hand selected for its optimum performance over the tonal spectrum.

Exact Duplicate of the original from the 60s you do have to turn it way up to get the distortion so I added a Soul Food overdrive so I can get it Volume low but its awesome.

This treble booster sounds amazing! The housing is vintage correct. Plug it into an AC30 and your in Rory Gallagher and Brian May territory. Love this booster. It's been my go-to since the day I bought it. It's super versatile, I can get SRV tones out of it, and the battery compartment is easy to access. If you're lucky to get one of these, you'll LOVE it!!!!
